Tops Plaza is a 62,747 square foot Tops Markets anchored neighborhood center located approximately 25 miles southwest of Rochester. The center is the primary shopping destination for the community of LeRoy, but has a large retail draw also serving LeRoy’s surrounding areas.

The center has great local and regional accessibility as it is situated on State Route 5, a short distance from the downtown area. Tops Markets recently made a significant capital investment in this location.

Current tenants include several national retailers including H&R Block, Napa Auto Parts and Subway. There is also a Tops branded fuel station on the property.
