Two new tenants, Atlantic Broadband and Anytime Fitness, are welcomed at Warren Plaza. This month each tenant executed leases occupying approximately 6,000 and 5,500 square feet, respectively. The company provides TV, Internet, Phone and enterprise business services to more than 450,000 business and residential customers located in eleven states: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Pennsylvania, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New York, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Anytime Fitness is a 24-hour health and fitness club headquartered in Woodbury, Minnesota. The company operates over 4,000 franchised locations in 50 countries. The gym facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days out of the year Both tenants are expected to open Q1, 2020. Warren Plaza is a 126,986 square foot grocery-anchored community center located in Warren, PA. Warren Plaza is anchored by Tops Markets. Other major tenants include Dollar General, Pennsylvania Wine & Liquor, Atlantic Broadband and Anytime Fitness. Warren Plaza is the premier open air retail plaza in downtown Warren.
